Rosvall Sawmill

We recently completed all concrete works for the new plant building at Rosvall Sawmill, with just over 640 cubic meters poured in total. The project began in August 2024 and included a wide variety of pours — from footings, plinths, and walls through to the main slabs.

It was a big job with a lot of moving parts, and our team worked alongside A‑Line Construction to deliver everything to a high standard, safely and on schedule. This project included a range of concrete finishes to suit different areas and purposes. All plinths were finished with exposed aggregate, while the slabs were machine-trowelled for a smooth, high-quality finish.

We also applied a broom finish in select areas to provide extra grip and ensure safety where needed.
